Delivery Methods:  Royal Mail / Parcelforce / FedEx Courier Service

We aim to dispatch orders within 4 to 5 working days of cleared funds being received. Dispatch will be via Royal Mail/Parcelforce or FedEx courier service. There will always be a few orders that for a variety of reasons fall outside of this timescale and we hope you can understand this. 

Note: Size / Weight / Delivery Location will determine delivery method.

All orders will require a signature on delivery

We will always inform you via email of the delivery method being used and of your Parcel Tracking Number. Whilst there are many things that we can control, once the goods are handed to a third party (i.e. Royal Mail/Parcelforce/Courier) for delivery, we are very much in their hands.
Therefore, should a delivery problem arise we will work with you to resolve it.
