We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 to 7 working days of cleared funds being received. Dispatch will be via Royal Mail Standard Parcels or Courier Service. There will always be a few orders that for a variety of reasons fall outside of this timescale and we hope you can understand this. 

Items sent via Courier are sent on Next Day Delivery Service and will require a signature
Items sent via Royal Mail may be on a 1st Class or 2nd Class Signed for Service and will require a signature, please allow up to 3 to 5 working days for delivery.
We will always inform you via email of the delivery method being used and of your Parcel Tracking Number.

Whilst there are many things that we can control, once the goods are handed to a third party  (i.e Royal Mail / Courier) for delivery, we are very much in their hands. Therefore, should a delivery problem arise we will work with you to resolve it.

Customers have the right to cancel orders within 30 days of goods received.
The customer will pay for all return postage costs for the item(s) if they cancel.
All returns need to be sent back via a signed for delivery service, this is to protect both parties.

Refunds will be issued on all returned goods following a complete inspection of the item(s) in question and providing that the goods are returned to us in the same condition as when dispatched . This must be completed within 30 Days of receipt of item(s).

All refunds made will be paid by cheque or paypal payment. 

Refunds may take up to 14 days to complete, this is in line with current distance selling regulations.

Note: All item(s) will have the appropriate proof of dispatch.
